Ariel E. Givner

Ariel Givner is the firm founder and principal of Givner Law. She focuses her practice on corporate and securities law, representing public and private companies, intellectual property strategizing, and other general corporate and securities matters. Ms. Givner advises companies through every stage of their corporate lifecycle - beginning from the startup initial formation and financing through initial public offering and/ or acquisition. Ms. Givner additionally advises fintech, blockchain and digital asset companies, blockchain technology matters (including wallet transaction disputes), non-fungible tokens (including DAO structuring and related securities and legal regulatory matters), and decentralized finance (DeFi), and business counseling surrounding the constantly evolving cryptocurrency regulations.

Since beginning her practice, Ms. Givner has assisted over 15 different NFT entities (DAOs, LLCs, and Corporations) through entity formation, fundraising, and legal consulting during the introduction of new utilities.

Prior to founding Givner Law, Ms. Givner was an associate editor at thefashionlaw.com, clerked for the presiding civil judge in Ocean County, NJ, served as in-house counsel for a private equity startup, and practiced as an associate attorney for a private practice law firm.

Ms. Givner comes from a family with over 30 years of small business ownership and experience across the United States. From a very young age, she saw her parents build a very successful small company from the ground up, and quickly learned what it took to make a small business excel. Ms. Givner uses this experience to provide high quality legal services to clients at every stage of the corporate lifecycle.
