Ariel Givner is the Founder and Principal of Givner Law, where she leads the firm's corporate and fintech practice. She represents founders and companies through every stage of the corporate lifecycle - entity formation, fundraising and deal structuring, contracts, and fractional general counsel - with a particular focus on fintech companies, including payments, lending, and regulatory compliance. Since 2021, Ariel has guided over 100 entities through formation, fundraising, and ongoing legal strategy, and serves as outside general counsel to a range of growth-stage companies. Ariel is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and Villanova University School of Law, and began her legal career as in-house counsel for a private equity startup, an associate at a private practice firm, an associate editor at The Fashion Law, and a judicial clerk for the presiding civil judge in Ocean County, NJ.
